The Bootcamp starts Monday, January 9, 2023. For the 5 days, you’ll be provided with a list of foods to eat and to avoid along with a sample meal plan. The foods included are whole plant foods, unprocessed and nutrient-rich. Not to worry, there’s no calorie counting or points to calculate. Best of all, you can eat as much as you want.

In addition, we’ll go LIVE daily in an exclusive FB group with an inspirational sermon and relevant nutrition education topics to help you understand how you can start losing weight NOW!

After all, you’ve taken long enough. We’ll show you our proven method, step-by-step, to lose the weight faster and keep it off.

And the cool part, you won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded women cheering you on!

On Day 1, we focus on creating a God-centered self-image. We help you make an identity switch! We challenge you to dig deep into identifying the limiting beliefs holding you back from weight loss and getting healthy. During the LIVE we share the truth behind what’s keeping you fat.

Day 2 is all about overcoming food addiction, by diving into your relationship with food. We unpack the secret to why you can’t stop eating pizza, chips and cookies. You know the junk foods we’re talking about.

By Day 3, we focus on breaking generational cycles of poor health. You’ll answer the question, “What illnesses have been passed down to me and what am I passing on to my children?” Then, we challenge you to break the cycle in your own family.

Day 4 the focus is on having the courage to take action. You’ll look back over the previous days and realize how much you’ve learned and grown. You’ll be ready to put your faith into action because you will have been given the blueprint for success.

On Day 5, we wrap up by helping you make the connection between your health and your financial wealth.
