This Bootcamp will kickstart a new way of thinking about your health and address the root causes of your weight gain.
We’ll show you our proven method, step-by-step, to lose the weight and keep it off.
This is how it'll go down:
On Day 1, we focus on creating a God-centered self-image. We help you make an identity switch! We challenge you to dig deep into identifying the limiting beliefs holding you back from weight loss and getting healthy. During this session we share the truth behind what’s keeping you fat.
Day 2 is all about overcoming food addiction, by diving into your relationship with food. We unpack the secret to why you can’t stop eating pizza, chips and cookies. You know the junk foods we’re talking about.
By Day 3, we focus on breaking generational cycles of poor health. You’ll answer the question, “What illnesses have been passed down to me and what am I passing on to my children?” Then, we challenge you to break the cycle in your own family.
Day 4 focuses on having the courage to take action. You’ll look back over the previous days and realize how much you’ve learned and grown. You’ll be ready to put your faith into action because you will have been given the blueprint for success.
- Finally, by Day 5 we help you connect your health to your finances. We'll explore how your ability to build wealth is linked to NOT being trapped in the medical system.
