Over 13 years ago I was exactly where you may be today.
The picture below was me in 2011.

I had fallen off the wagon with my health too many times to count.
I was eating the standard American diet that was filled with processed foods, meat, cheese, sweets, and other junk.
You name it, I was eating it!
I had recently lost my one year old son, which accelerated my weight gain and my high blood pressure.
I was depressed and lacked energy and it was a struggle to live much less exercise.
Because vanity was always my motivation for losing weight I had nothing to pull from.
I had a poor relationship with food because I was using food to cover the pain, instead of eating to nourish my body.
But a friend invited me to do the Daniel Fast and I followed it to a T!
